We collect the account details you provide (name, email), authentication data, wallet and payment records, and usage metadata such as request timestamps, models called, and token counts. We do not store the content of your prompts or completions beyond what is needed to operate the gateway.
We use your data to operate the service, meter and bill usage, detect abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We never sell your personal information.
To fulfill a request we forward it to the upstream model provider selected by our routing layer. We share only what is required to complete the request and never expose your account identity to upstream vendors.
Usage logs and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your profile settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes associated data.
