By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Credits are prepaid and consumed per request based on the model's published per-token pricing plus a transparent markup. Credits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once consumed.
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, generate prohibited content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream providers may impose their own limits and outages beyond our control.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bayon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
